How its decided what raid loot you can get from vault? I managed to kill HC Raszageth this week, so it should mean the vault can drop loot from her, right?
But if I kill just first boss on heroic next week, does it mean I can still get loot from Raszageth that week?
Does anyone know?
Its a highly complex system. The vault will scan your gear, find your highest ilvl item and give u the same item with lower stats… and this 2-3 ids in a row
Yeah I have noticed. I expect to be offered 6 different cloaks next week and none of them will be an upgrade 
Correction: you will be offered 6 identical cloaks.
It will read your mind and find what you want the most and not give it to you.
It might however give you your second best desire
Or 3 rings but mainly you will get a wrist or back or feet
There is a really low chance to obtain actually something good like trinkets or weapons

think of a slot machine
first vault in a season gives you the good stuff to get you hooked
Once you’re hooked, that’s it you’re doomed with useless drops for a while

and then i got the Raszageth HC bow in the Chest from the weekly Qeust 2 weeks ago. also the Vault gives at start mostly upgrades not BiS but upgrades. so its an upgrade in ilvl.
I did read from old comments that it’s required to kill boss at least once to open its loot table to the vault. It would be too much pain to kill Raszageth each week with a pug. I’d still want the trinket from her, even if its not very good.

It seems to be giving loot from any boss this time.
For example a friend did LFR, but the vault gave them loot from Raz and that isn’t even possible yet as the wing isn’t going to be open for some time.
if you have max lvl bracers or cloak, it gives you bracers or cloak at equal or lower level
thats the general rule of vault

its random. I got helmet to drop as LFR tier and LFR helmets are not open yet (token drops from Raszageth), so the loot is just taken from the whole loot table what is possible
It seems any loot can drop from any boss. I got the rasza helmet as an option from the vault (normal) eventhough we did not kill Rasza on our first week.
You just have to make sure you kill enough bosses to unlock a vault slot.
no joke. i get as tank 2-3 garbage items with trash stats! of course no sets! because this damn m+ noobs dont need them!
