How was I supposed to do "Theramore's Fall"?

Hello, since the destruction of Theramore was mentioned when I was introduced to Pandaria at Level 80 I wondered how I could play it. Then, I hit level 85 yesterday and in the group finder there was a new tab called “Scenarios” with Theramore’s Fall in it. Minimum Level 85, I tried to queue, the problem was that it required an item level of 108 and mine was 99. Well, I continued questing (getting level 107 quest rewards and slowly raising my item level. Then I found a really nice rare axe in Pandaria and wanted to see how far it had raised my item level, only to see that no Scenarios were available anymore. I had also leveled to 86 in the time. So how can I do it now?

Go to the vale of eternal blossoms. In between horde and alliance you can fly up to a sort of library with the lorewalkers(think archeology trainers also there), talk to one of the loremasters and ask to hear the story of theramore. It will queue you into the scenario.

Thanks, I found it. Now that guy is telling me that I have to be Level 91 to play any scenario. What a mess.
