How was your first TWW Great Vault?

Season 1 fully started now, finally, and we get to anticipate or dread the weekly Great Vault again!

How was your first vault?

Mine was “phew, dodged the bullet!”. Out of the five heroic track options (3 x T8 delves, 4 HC bosses), only one was a set piece. The rest consisted of two obscure trinkets, a cloak, a shield and a 2H weapon (shouldn’t be offered this with elemental loot spec as ele shamans have a shield self-buff). That was a little close for comfort - only the shield would have actually been an upgrade.

How even? Literally everything in the vault should have been an ilvl upgrade, which gives you more main stat. Unless you only did LFR ofc

It was my very first Great Vault ever since it was introduced!!! Thx to the Delves/world event option :smiley: Got some nice upgrades for my main and alts. And a few K gold from tokens! Lovely experience :slight_smile: Going for more next week!
(I never partook in the earlier activities needed to unlock it or if I did i never realised )

No tier, bad itemization, no good trinkets.

Guardian: Tier hands
BDK: Tier shoulders
Prot Warr: Tier head
Prot Pal: Shield
VDH: Hands
BM Monk: Belt

My BDK also had Tier head as an option. All items are 616 Hero except my VDH who got 610 Hero, I only did 7 t8 on him and I forgot to do another.

From 6 chars that i played previous week ~ Nothing worth .
Not a single weapon for any of them ^^
And only 2 got tier item ~

quite nice - got tier shulders both on my lock and hunter.

thx to gloves from BT my lock has now 2 set thanks to this :slight_smile:

I open’d so many vaults people would get jealous, and they where all good.

4/6 of my delve hero pieces were trinkets much like most of my loot from actual delves.

This was my first ever experience with the Great Vault, and I’ve got to say that I’m happy with my new tier trousers.

Seriously, Blizzard adding a world content section to the Great Vault was one of their best ideas this expansion! I do feel sorry for the PvPers though, as my gain is technically their loss…

I picked up a very average 616 trinket, but I picked up a 606 2 hander from the TW chest, which I was more happier about tbh. Upgrades are upgrades, so I will take them as they come.

Don’t forget to do Illidan, the quest awards you decent loot too, not just the dungeon quest :slight_smile:

Mine was dogpoop, only 2 Hero pieces, none of them were tier, and we didn’t get a charge on the catalyst this week so I’m gonna have to gamble on the rolls to get the final 4 set piece…
