Probably no match to a night elf rogue? But I like the theme for humans. Guns and pistols don’t really fit night elves - is human a huge drop off from a night elf?
Restealths are not that important for outlaw so you not really missing out.
Meld has it uses to cheese certain mechanics so its still a better racial in that regard.

I see, is there any reason you’d pick human over nelf for a rogue? I don’t mind a nelf either, except that it doesn’t really fit to the gunslinger archetype… or does it

What? With subterfuge that’s more ambushes and cheap shots. If you’re dot-free it can also mean another escape. Shadowmeld is super good on rogue.
I reckon I’ll go with a nelf rogue regardless of outlaw fitting or not 
Outlaw screams Dwarf a long way. Fits with the gun theme, Stoneform is king, and let’s not forget about the treasure-finder racial.
Unless you’re fighting an Outlaw, Demo lock, mage, paladin who don’t really have or use damage over time effects. Besides, Fireblood is better by far (Dark Iron dwarf)
