Sometimes i have bag with hp on blizzard frames. you can see on screenshot target have full hp bfut in frames its not! I test to play without addons… I’m playing 3 roles so its really hard… Help me 
I get the same issue with the health bars on name plates. The target frame and name plate will often show different health levels when i’m killing a mob.
I’ve also noticed that the target frame drops icons, such as if my Immolate is on a target.
