Hpal dps buff. No more nerfs, even buff holy shock or mana usage.
Restodruid got buffed in hotfix to make 150k steady dps, Disc Priest got buffed to outhps anything. Hpal got nerfed so the gap of healers wasnt fixed, it just got into the opposite direction.
Hpal is now lowend healer.
