I recall the tooltip being over the mouse position some time ago but now I it’s locked to a position decided by wherever you put the block in ‘edit mode’.
Does anyone know how to make the tooltip go back to being on the mouse position again please? This locked one always seems to be in the way no matter where I put it
The only way I know to do it is with an addon.
I know Leatrix Plus offers it.

If you download it the setting would be under Interface (on Leatrix Plus)
once you’ve ticked Enhance Tooltip you can click the cog and change the Anchor to Cursor, mine is currently set to None
After doing some digging it may be possible to do this with a console command
/console UberTooltips 2
