After today’s patch my health in Oribos is 90K, and inside arenas it is 100K. Same with agility: I have 200 more in arena compared to the world.
I initially attributed that to the “Deepening bond” nerf from stamina to movement speed, but it’s not that. All my PVP gear has vastly different stats in the world, compared to in arena.
This was an amazing thing they planned. No longer there’s gear disparity in instanced PvP content other thatn Honor vs Conquest. Upgrades are only relevant in world pvp, which is way better than SL system
What’s funny is that if you want to get proper ilvl on your instanced PvP gear in world PvP, then you’re gonna have to get rating and upgrade the ranks.
I think you are confusing the system they are adding in DF with the one that existed in the game already.
Yes, in Dragonflight all pvp gear will have same iLvL in pvp content.
Now the gear scales up by 13 ilvl in PvP content compared to PvE.
The system they had on current game was PvP gear having PvP ilvl, but for example non upgraded gear would still stay at non upgraded level in instanced pvp, and the change I’m mentioning is PvP gear will be at max rank at instanced pvp, regardless of upgrades. My question is, is that system implemented now, or will it only be implemented in DF Season1?
If the DF system was implemented with today’s patch, this would mean that anybody with full conquest gear, even if 1/9, would have 101K health in arena.
