I swear down every sentence I heard this VIP say end with ban or flag you. When heās in the discord in the VIP que section as soon as I hear his voice I quickly log out of discord for 5mins. He bans someone for the most random reason everytime I hear him there. I ended up in an AV with him leading once, I have never been so anxious in a bg and Iāve pvpād in every expan since vanilla. He flagged 3 people and banned 1 for being like 5 secs too slow doing something.
He hasnāt said anythign to me yet but itās horrible, heās so negative and toxic. He terrifies me and others in there. I know heās probably banned people who have donated money to him too.
Edit: I just read heās taking money for people to join the VIP que? I got in for free and everyone else I know did. Wowā¦ thats going to far. I know there was a donate page but didnāt think it was so people can join the queue thing.
No. the top rankers get in easily, like apes and the top guilds etc.
But im sure a small few people buy spots in premade discords and such, the good ones anyway

Greetings, I am Whoopy Founder of X-Realm Ranking. We are considered the 3rd best Premade under Apes and Salad Bakers.
What you describe above is what we have been since our launch 3 weeks ago.
We have around 700 active members, all high skill levels with an average WOW-LOG parse rating of 85 plus. All users have 3/3 mount speed, 100% mount, Mic/Headset etc.
The server is ran as a monarchy democracy. I am the leader (the server owner) but I make important decision in a council which we call the upper tier. This is mainly made up of developers that build the infrastructure of the server. The second tier is made up of the players representatives that consist of Battleground Leaders, Realm Representatives, Role Leaders and Ambassadors of other Premades.
THIS MUST SOUND SIMILAR RIGHT?
This is because Swellz copied his entire server lay out from us but he wasnāt prepared to do the heavy lifting that comes with running a discord server and he also wasnāt willing to respect the true meaning of democracy which is letting your members elect great PvP players and let those players have all the glory.
As a silent leader I am more of a discord slave than a glorious leader. My guys will tell you I am always sorting out server admin than actually ranking.
The only power I wield over XRR is to keep recruitment tight. We have high standards and short list new applications in an Elitist way ensuring we create a community, which is try hard and can give APES/Salad Bakers a equal competition for bracket spots. However we are kind of in talks with APES and are playing ball to stop a whole eu-wide honor war.
As for player discipline we rarely kick players. We use a bench system instead where players loose access to our discord for a short duration if they make a mistake. Kicking a player in our opinion is a waste of time & resources because ultimately BG leader has to train his/her team. Kicking a player means they have to do this whole process over again.
We have report forms for members and officers that go to a main database. This kept out of players vision to stop drama from breaking out.
We have bots that measure player activity level, sort their class roles out, track players that change their name and our que bot even shows us who is trying to snipe ques.
We have sections of the discord dedicated to minmaxing class roles, battleground stratergy and channels where we elect our leaders.
The last thing we are working on his realm channels where players can literally pull the entire amount of players on their realm into a mention list, which are on their discord, so they can make realm wide communications.
Iāve spent a lot of time building the discord server. I was R8 when Battlegrounds where released and I am still R8.
If you want to be part of a try hard server and your willing to put in the effort I think we could get a long quite well. I would be consider increasing our MOD council by 2 members but Iām sure we could find a spot for you.
We have been looking at recruiting from VIP for a while as Baktus joined us a few days ago and has made huge progress within XRR.
Iāve made many attempts to reason with Swellz, but he cannot be reasoned with.
The main problem of VIP X-Realm is it messes up all the AV ques as they drop so many games and arenāt happy unless they have 35+ players in a game.
I tried to float the idea of a traffic light discord-bot that would show all premades when each other is currently running a que-count to stop users from messing each others games up but Swellz ended up trying to hold me to ransom for privileges in my own discord for his select few friends at the expense of every other player. He is just using his discord to win some Vendetta against XRR/Salad/APES at the moment.

Racials donāt mean squat if youāre halfway decent at PvP.
Letās have a look at the situation leading up to the premade fiasco:
Horde started winning every game because they adapted to the zerg tactics and started to defend, as a result a bunch of Alliance players would throw the game because they couldnāt win in 7 minutes and eventually resorted to cheating the system to run as a premade.
Now imagine that scenario but this time everyoneās racials have been removed.
What changes?
Alliance already almost gut enough, some times beating enemy while being twice less powerfull
Without racials where would be fair fight first time in 15 years lol.
Non masochistic alliance players will actually start to pvp on warlocks and priests, stuns will start to work on enemies, can you imagine how easier pvp will become, just like horde having it atm 
In av situation switching sides will help alot, alliance will be able to defent iceblood tower and no horde will ever pass this point, leading to good old few days avs

There is no communication in VIP X-Realm. Everyone just doesnāt communicate on mic. They only know 1 tactic which is push to Galv kill Commander/LT.
If you try and do the IB GY/IB Tower Spartan Choke defence they will fail every time. Where as in comparison a real premade will either sapper blast you, hide from you & advance or do a controlled Mage AOE nuke on you.
For Horde the best tactic you have is too try and punish Alliances rear flank after Galv and donāt get greedy. Just kill 2-3 move back, then take another 2-3 more. Your eventually send a trickle back to Stonehearth and by the time alliance get like 15 men in relief hut you can just 1 shot them all with Mages. Then it leaves Alliance being far too spread because teams like VIP will not wait for each other and stack.
I can speak from experience that in XRR we are constantly developing our turtle counter meta and so far its been pretty decent but whenever my guys visit VIP they always come back with horror stories.
so instead of getting good you decide to cheat , why you blame racial when you already have paladins? see how cheap you guys areā¦
Paladins easy, just purge and fear them.

And alliance get good, actually winning some games even being this heavy handicapped
