Huge FPS drops in Orgrimmar and Epic BG's. Please help!

I have some problems with FPS drops on my laptop, bought in September. Normal bgs stable 60 fps, but big ones (Epic bg’s) such as Ashran, Isle, AV fps drops to 40 or 36. Mabye fps drop is normal, because of many units/players spamming abillities which has also and beautiful effects and it does add up?
I checked many guides and videos, but nothing helped to get 60 fps in big areas. Seems every driver is updated except BIOS. Could BIOS effect this drop?
Some people said add more RAM, but will it really increase FPS?

Laptop - Asus TUF Gaming FX505DT-BQ051 15.6
Specs:
Windows 10 pro
CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 3550H (2.1 GHz, 3.7 GHz Turbo, 4MB Cache)
RAM:8GB
SSD:512GB
Video card: NVIDIA GTX 1650 GDDR5 4GB/DOS

Please help, I wanna enjoy game again :’( I am not that professional with computers.

Yes even on high-end systems you will have drops to the 30s or lower in 40vs40 bgs.
Your CPU is also not that fast in WoW since it is still Zen+ (2nd gen Ryzen) and thus FPS drops will be more often.

Is your RAM full when playing? If you do not run 100 chrome tabs in the background you will be fine

If your CPU is running at full boost speed while gaming and not overheating, then there is nothing you can do to get more FPS except disable some CPU-intense addons.

Adding on to what’s already been suggested, if you’re running Addons, it would be a good idea to remove those entirely. Addons spam messages to other people using the same addons quite often, and the more people that are in the area, the more messages get sent around, which can cause things to slow down.

So it may help to just clean those out completely. https://battle.net/support/en/article/7549

I am getting 75% RAM in orgrimmar for example not using any internet tabs or addons. Getting much worse than I use discord to play with friends wow
