Huge Lag only in World of Warcraft

Hi All, I came back to WoW on the prepatch day. And I am having huge, both home and world lag on all servers. It goes from 500 to 5000. All my other games run perfectly - Apex Legends for example. No Lag at all.
I tried reinstalling battle.net, reinstalling WoW, rebooting my network, restarting UI from blizzard support advices, trying other networks, deleting all addons and curse com, renaming WTF, Cache and Interface, Flushing dns in cmd.

No luck. Tried everything that I could find on internet, no luck

Hi all, same here on 2 PC’s since prepatch day.
Both PC’s are freshly set up (WIN 11 22H2) and are running clean without addons. Issue only with WoW.

Same here, except it’s lag spikes that end up disconnecting me. Happens every 20mins roughly and is extremely annoying.

Solution for me:
DISABLE “Energy Efficient Ethernet” on (Intel) LAN controller
ENABLE “automatically detect proxy settings” - using no proxy though.

I have now the IPv6 option disabled in WoW as that did not have any effect I could figure out (connected via IPv6).
