Literally just a link to the Italian forum instead of addressing the problem! Do they hear us? Apparently not. Do they care? Apparently not. Are they going to fix it? Apparently not. Can we get a refund? Hell no!
Exactly the same for me - starts at about 5pm and by 8pm I am on 2k ms and it becomes impossible to play or partake in any instance content. Home latency is perfect, pings to other site included battle.net is perfect. Just in game world latency is going absurdly bonkers.
Even today the situation has not improved, continuous disconnections.
Among the various threads related to these problems, I find many in which it is clear that the fact is due to the routing that the local ISP uses to reach Blizzard (in the Italian forum I see that there were problems for Vodafone users in the summer, TIM users in October and this current one for Wind3 users), all with the same symptoms and all in which the Blue technical support responds that these are not their problems.
At this point I wonder if our beloved gaming company has a service in place that its paying players cannot use, doesn’t this also become their problem?
Ready to be contradicted, I would still like to understand what you think.
