Trying to gather a very nice plate transmog set for my DK and wanted to see where do get Hulkstone Pauldrons on wowhead.com only to find that the item has been removed from the game??? This is surely just utter spite from designers? What other reason can there be? If they removed some content this was the reward from could they not at least somehow let a NPC in a city sell the item or link it to a reputation reward NPC? These shoulders are unique and there is none other like it!

Blizzard don’t like going backwards, and due to the backlash of cataclysm, forwards either.
So you’ll never see these.
