I would really like for the inclusion of the human species to the class of Shaman. Not only do the humans possess an innate ability to harmonise with nature, such as the beauty of Westfall, but they have an incredible ability to just do everything. So why cant they be Shamans aswell? Whats so special about the big fat Kul Tiran model.
Several hundred years of cultural engagement with the elements on and around their island. Stormwind meanwhile feels like it is built around the cathedral; humans there engaged more with the light than with the elements.
OTOH, I don’t really care. I’m a general proponent of any class for any race - but I think that wider argument is probably easier than “let’s have this but not the others”
Im sure it will happen. Since we are getting priest, mage (i think it was anyway) and rogue for all races. Then we probably also get druid, shaman, paladin, warlock for all races at some point. perhaps later in DF or the expansion after.
Light + Fel = One devours/cleanses the other. So said lightforged would either die or turn into a regular draenei DH.
Zandalari are probably THE race that makes absolutely no sense to give them DHs given they have no connection to Fel and are looking down on warlocks and the like. Even for Paladins they had to pull the “pray to the loa” card.
That’s not true, Zandalari trolls are reskinned trolls which totally make sense of being warlocks
Also Vulpera are taught by Zandalari trolls how to become warlocks
Before Alliance and Horde arrived to Zandalar, then Zandalari warlocks are sent to Vol’dun for being a robber or the second reason they did not help their fellow trolls to fight against demons during the return of the Legion
Story: When the legion has returned
Azerothian citizens: Oh no! It’s Meteoring infernals into our world!
In the entire world
But the stone titans from Dragon Isles, his fellow titan stones might have been fallen by cataclysm deathwing, since demons and infernals could wake them up from destruction if they ever went there, or might be over thousands of years ago when his fellow stone titans have fallen by unknowm reason
Zandalari trolls are looking down on every single troll tribe. They in fact look down on every single race. Their religion also being different. A darkspear troll would have no issues with being a warlock. A zandalari troll however would have. The closest they had were Demoniacs. And those werent Warlocks per say given they were between a Warlock and a Demon Hunter as they enslaved Demons from the inside. And even those are few and have been pretty much retconned.
Its not about learning how to warlock. They already know. The practice is beneath them. Also Vulpera kek. The Zandalari look down on the Vulpera in more ways than one. That the Vulpera were the slaves of the Sethrak also adds to it.
You realize that all Zandalari that were sent to Vol’dun were exiles right? The alternative to that was straight up execution.
So again: Zandalari, out of all races, make the least sense when it comes to fel. Otherwise you would have gotten way more demoniacs over the course of their history (next to them being, as i said, pretty much retconned as far as the current Zandalari Empire is concerned).
