hey all
i want to start playing warlock and i can’t decide wether to go human or blood elf :S i know 2 different factions but that doesn’t matter. anyone can help me out a little even though it’s a bit of personal choice aswell. pls don’t reply with other races.

blood elves are master race.
Go with blood elf, that’s my advice 
I would say draenei, but… meh. Go BE instead then. Humans are ugly and lowborn.
You are basically choosing between Alliance Human and Horde Human, go with the faction you prefer.

Orc and Belf would be best picks lorewise (imo)
Both human male and belf male have good animations. Belf female have trash animations and I am not sure about female human.
I would pick belf if male and probably human if female 
TBH the two most boring overplayed races
You could consider Undead 
(Technically you can call them Undead human - potentially elf too but they don’t look it - lol)
Both are interesting choices. I would say blood elf (but I’m clearly bias) because Master Race.
Don’t talk about the belf males that they have good appearances, sound and animations.
Human males are boring, human females are slight better

Go with blood elf female warlock you won’t regret it trust me.
Try casting drain life as belf female… among other things 
I think bloodelfs are more fitting.
One of the reason I hate Wow humans is because they kill immersion soo much.
You’d think a human warlock would be some shady frail wicked human, think of V from dmc5 or Sauron from lotr etc.
Instead we get some jacked marine corps dude.
Same goes for human females, you’d think a warlock female would be skinny, frail almost anorexic or maybe some succubus like but instead we get locked to one option
Actually I expect every warlock to make a deal with demons for good health and strength.
Male or female? If female then both look great so it’s upto which you prefer though. Both look great in mogs too and have pretty good caster animations.
If male then go Blood elf unless you wanna look like you’re able to lift Mjolnir without being worthy. Human males look more built than Captain America lol (I really wish they add the thin human as an option in Shadowlands). Both races do look great in mogs though.

That is why there is also “but… meh” part.
It depends, but then I don’t think deals with demons would make you look like some marine corp, as Niratheil said.
You’d think they’d look more like medivh in fanart, tall strong and give off a demonic look, or the raven lord from hots or dr.strange.
I think one of the reasons alliance races aren’t so popular is exactly this, their races aren’t versatile enough to express various class fantasies, let alone spec fantasies.
But on RP server alliance dominates by far for some reason.
It’s the Knight fantasy.
