do we get a heritage armor in 10.0.7 for humans and priests or not?

Yes, humans are getting heritage set in 10.0.7 patch. Heritage sets are open to all classes of the race.
So there will be 1 armor for plate, 1 for mail, 1 for leather and 1 for cloth?
No. Heritage armors are cosmetic items, they can be used by any class, regardless armor type.
okay interesting. So I can wear the full plate looking soldier and use it in my priest?
Yes, all heritage appearances can be used on all classes of that race. It works like that on all other races which have heritage armor already.
