Blizzard, please make Humming Black Dragonscale visual effect as toy with lets say 1-2 mins cooldown. So that people can bind it to the macro and by default activate by cd. This visual effect is insane, give opportunity to the people to have a fun! It also should be usable at rated arenas and BGs.
