Ah yes, fix the talent nobody cares about cause binding shot is better, and don’t address any of the actual existing issues.

Mmmh… to be fair, i see more concrete uses of Scatter shot than Binding Shot. I use it a lot in M+ to interupt.

But knowing this bug existed, i’m sad they fixed it since i would play with my priest friend who can mind control Spiteful shades. Stop them slowly dying and you get a very big DPS increase on packs/boss.

It’s still sad that there’s no other changes.
