I’ll keep it short, not sure if you guys encounter this issue, but BL sometimes becomes unavilable even if there is no debuff. I tried everything:
And it’s so annoying in M+ as you’ll need to dismiss your pet mid fight to summon it again to have BL. If you guys have any fix please let me know.
Yes this bug exists had it multiple times
I confirm, this bug also occurs in my delve and m+ runs. Applies not only to BL but also to other skills such as pet taunt.
I can confirm that BL is bugged as well. It started happening to me today; last night I ran several Mythics without any issues. This morning WoW updated, and since then BL hasn’t worked for me. I’ve tried several things but nothing fixes it. How should we report this to Blizzard so they can fix it? Thanks.
just did a m+ run and was unable to use BL ,
tried making a macro, that also did not work.
also, it seems stomp and pet cleave kill command does not work also.
Happening with me too. Macros, pet dedicated BL spell, command spell, nothing works. Suddenly it gets disabled. Is someone from Blizzard looking into this?
Ya I’ve had the same, just did a 10 skyreach, lt worked fine on the first two times i used, pet didnt die, i didnt die, no changes to my bars. and yet on the last boss, it just went blank and wouldnt work on the last boss. nearly tanked the key, lucky I had drums for something. whats going on with it?

It’s bad enough im low dps and now I have to deal with people in Mythic+ berating me and telling me to kill myself as im low dps and can’t even pop bloodlust.
the bug appeared a couple of days ago
i also have a problem with Master’s call, just pressing the skill from the spellbook does not work instantly any more and requires to select a target
i fixed it with a macro but….
Dismiss and resummon the pet,
Click the “Primal Rage” spell from the Pet tab of the spell book (appears to be the best solution at this point),
Drag a new copy of the “Primal Rage” spell onto your pet action bar - make sure it is the PET action bar, not player,
Create a /cast Primal Rage macro
i was using bl fromt he pet bar
Make sure the BL is on your pet bar and make a macro like this
#showtooltip Primal Rage
/cast Primal Rage(Command Pet Ability)
/cast Primal Rage(Ferocity Ability)
And put it on your action bar and it works just fine a bit annoying you have to do it this way we cant expect a small indie company to get things like this right so we need to cut them some slack

Can confirm this bug is still happening.
I had to click the spell from my open spellbook whilst in a Mythic+…will need to look at the suggestions above tomorrow if it still persists. 
Use the Spell from the spellbook from your pets , this is working
