Hey i got some ideas how to improve the SV life and Hunter in general use.
First Hunters:
Remove Talent Trailblazer and switch it with Ice Field
Ice Field: Freezing Trap leaves a Field of Ice on the ground (when triggered) stunning all enemies in a 20 yards range for 4 seconds ADD: outfight all targets in the ice field just stunned for 1 minute like the normal freezing trap target
that would make it better for m+
now to SV
Make Butchery Baseline and add a talent that maybe push its dmg or reduce cd
Wildfire bomb clusters 2 times
remove the cone explosion of wildfire bomb and make it a 20 yards radius explosion on the target hit by it
i think this changes would help all hunter speccs to be more taken for m+
since they lack stuff like aoe stun or as sv reliable aoe dmg since it depends alot on position from adds
also carve is a joke only used to reset bomb cd that again is simple bad when adds are not stacked behind the one ur bombing
tell me your impressions if that would help hunter
Honestly pet pathing, not being able to dismiss pet in arena sucks. Whole sh*t is biased, why locks can just ress pet across the arena just by summoning new one if old is killed.
Dunno how many times pet has gotten cleaved to death, then the enemy proceeds to interupt me for minute at max from ressing my furball back.
Also I’d love the MoP/WoD surv back with the different element arrow modifications… I loved MoP surv the most. The explosive proccing from ice trap was hilarious, I remember once bombing 1 poor mage with 6 consecutive explosive shots. Also miss the black ice glyph was fun niche while dueling melee classes…
I like the trailblazer replacement idea, but I want black ice effect instead.
The talent would replace tartrap with Ice trap, which ofc would slow enemies down, and in turn would make hunter run fast on the ice.
Also surv needs more traps in its kit, wildfire is ok, but im missing explosive traps, immolation traps, etc. I want to knockdown people from cliffs like old days
