With the newest patch of classic, you removed the option for hunters to keep our quivers visible without our bows out.
This was not a blizzlike feature, but this was STRICTLY player-sided and no one else could see this. And given all the other hunter changes (Scatter + trap DR, pet’s being completely braindead, feign death being the most unreliable spell in existence etc… I could go on forever) I think we should be able to keep this since it did no harm other than give hunters an option to keep our quivers out while simultaneously keeping our melee weapon out.
Fixes you should look into in order of importance:
-Feign death
-Traps requiring 2 spell batches to work (it will cancel if it’s in the same batch as you are being placed in combat
-Pet reactivity and pathfinding
putting back quiver for us because you’re completely ignoring us on all other fronts.
That would be pretty epic! I’d also love to see the quivers stay on our character’s backs whilst having the bow out of hand or melee weapons in hand. If I was in the position to change this, I’d even make bows sit on our backs with the quivers And add this to retail as well. I bet its an easy (and if not, then worth while) task for someone to implement. Hope to see those quivers back at least! - T
Please for the love of god, give us quivers. I love to see what these 2 have suggested. Bows and arrows are my fantasy and I’d love to see them on my back all the time.
For those wondering, I’m referring to classic wow. We have visible quivers, but after the new patch it’s exclusively while we have our bows out which was not the case earlier in classic. This feature should 100% be brought back since it provided nothing but a more pleasing visual aesthetic to hunters that we didn’t have prior to classic release. #somechanges bcus this change was made simply to remove a feature every hunter liked.
And add this to retail as well. I bet its an easy (and if not, then worth while) task for someone to implement. Hope to see those quivers back at least! - T
