This might be old, old problem. But searching give no answer. Only answer so far to skip rank 4 and learn 5 when I/pet can

Petopia say: * Charge 4: Pet Level 36, Cost 17 TP. Charges an enemy, immobilizes it for 1 sec, and adds 250 melee attack power to the boar’s next attack.
No known training source.

How then I learn it?

Either the developers left this out, for whatever reason, or the animal that has rank 4 has not yet been found.

Well are there any boars in that level range? I think there are none. Which is why no pet has this specific ability

This is an old oversight but it’s simply missing from the game. It exists in the database but there’s just nowhere to train it, it’s been that way since day one too.

Thanks, so solution is just to learn next rank when (if) we get there. I can hope.
