This should have been announced way before release of tbc classic.
This is a gamebreaking change and will destroy the game long term.
The issue should have been resolved at an much earlier stage, and the root of the problem should have been adressed. This solution will just make the actual problem even worse.
If there are to be changes of this magnitude, you need to implement major incentives for the playerbase which is not favored by this change as well.
Make alliance be able to opt-out of pvp and make them able to do dungeons/raids with horde players.
While alliance wait for the change you should give them an actual reward from winning bgs. This would also need to be something major and gamechanging akin to HvH to keep alliance playerbase intact. Give them 200 Arena points per win.
Or disable HvH until the merge of both factions is done.
You sad because now Horde players can enjoy game too?
Maybe you better disable your forum account and leave Horde faction alone.
I don’t get how someone can get hurt because others can finally play game and enjoy it.
You are just egoistic.
Fully agree on this tho. I mean Im not supprissed that some hordes are happy and when I was still playing it made playing bgs a lot of easier but its not a good solution and it damages the game too.
I love it how some people just refuse to understand that this will have negative effects on alliance side.
Blizzard was right to fix the queues but they were wrong to do that before they know how to address all issues which alliance is facing on most realms. And same faction battlegrounds will just make the current situation worse for the alliance.
