Who talks about REMOVING factions? Merging Horde with Alliance and replace Horde with like Twilights will improve the faction situation, and indeed toss up everything, but factions will still be there.

It is about time we toss up the factions!

Honourable and peaceseeking Horde members are merging with the Alliance after the conclusion of Shadowlands.
