This is something just happened today. And it’s so frustrating it totally ruined my day. I was in raid in responsible for DE all unwanted raid drops. With all the greens assigned to me, I need to use disenchant very often.
Things started to mess up When I try to reapply oil to my main weapon. somehow I clicked my DE macro and Disenchanted my bis weapon while it’s still equipped.
At the time I was comforting myself that I remembered accidently Disenchanted item can be restored. So I sticked to the raid and hoping I can get my blade back after log off.
Yet when I went to the item restoration page I can’t find anything that I ever disenchanted. I can find things I destroyed or vendered but not even a single disenchanted item is showing on my character’s item restoration page。I tried to relog on and off my character I tried to clear cookies and reinstall the browser but nothing works. I still can’t see anything that I ever disenchanted.
What can I do? I hope my weapon is not purged from your database. Without my main weapon I basically can’t do anything in game now . Waiting for your reply with all my heart.

Just wanted to confirm the above. We do have an issue at the moment where disenchanted items on Classic servers need to be restored manually via a ticket 
we’re working on the bug but for now, make a ticket. Please also make sure you’e got the materials you got in your bag so they can be removed and your item restored!
