Coming with the 20th anny patch. (Fitered for outlaw)

  • New Talent: Thrill Seeking – Shadowstep(Assassination/Subtlety)/Grappling Hook(Outlaw) has 1 additional charge.

  • Thistle Tea now automatically triggers when energy is reduced below 50.

  • Cut to the Chase now grants Slice and Dice duration, instead of requiring an existing Slice and Dice to extend.

  • Shadowstep has been removed. Shadowstep is still automatically granted for Assassination and Subtlety.

  • Soothing Darkness now heals for 30% of max health over 6 seconds (was 15%). Effect no longer triggers from Shadow Dance.

  • Echoing Reprimand’s icon has been updated.

  • Flagellation’s icon has been updated.

  • Fatebound

    • Inevitability renamed to Inevitable End.
    • Inevitable End/Double Jeopardy effects now indicate they can match any flip outcome (including ‘edge’), not just one face or the other.
    • Delivered Doom now provides bonus damage when more than 1 target is nearby, with the bonus reducing by 6% for each nearby target beyond 1.
  • Outlaw

    • Crackshot now also refreshes the cooldown of Between the Eyes upon gaining Stealth.
    • Precise Cuts now increases Blade Flurry’s damage by 4% per missing target below its max (was 2%).

    • Blade Flurry’s area-of-effect range increased to match the same distance it was when the previous version of Acrobatic Strikes was talented.

Those buffs are like 200 ppl in your shop but no one shopping

The Blade Flurry increased auto attack range is REALLY good, i totally missed that.

That is not aa range I guess. Only initial damage of blade flurry

OKay, then I will take it back, thats bad…

  • Blade Flurry’s area-of-effect range increased to match the same distance it was when the previous version of Acrobatic Strikes was talented.

According to this wording, I’d say it’s the entire Blade Flurry.

And the shop example is bad. Crackshot refresh is awesome, KiR reduced cd is awesome, Blade Flurry aoe range is awesome. Now removal of Shadowstep and the Thistle tea change are garbage and should be reverted.

Why of why are they doing this…

Well, that’s not quite true. We’re getting a massive nerf! You’re welcome.

What nerf are you talking about?

  • All ability damage reduced by 4%.
  • Melee auto attack damage reduced by 8%.
  • Dispatch damage reduced by 10%.

Just to add full patch notes:

  • All ability damage reduced by 4%.

  • Dispatch damage reduced by 10%.

  • Melee auto attack damage reduced by 8%.

  • The War Within Season 1 2-set bonus now grants listed abilities a 35% chance to deal 30% increased damage as Shadow (was 20% chance, 15% damage)

  • The War Within Season 1 4-set bonus for Between the Eyes increased to 15% damage per stack, up to 4 stacks (was 6%, 3 stacks)

Now the entire change is still probably a net loss in dps, but with the tier set bonuses increased I don’t think it’s that bad.

It’s pretty bad if you consider that out tier bonus probably wasn’t even worth getting to begin with. It should’ve been buffed despite nerfs.
