This guy is 2700+ and you tell him its luck, too. You will never change your mind because the moment you acknowledge it isn’t luck keeping you at 1600 the spell is broken and you’re left with the reality that i dont need to even type to have it appear in your head.
Yep. The thing that will get you far is playing objectives.
Peel off and play the objectives.
You don’t even have to be a great fighter as long as you have awareness for the objectives and are at the right spot at the right time.
Most players I know already have duelist or elite in this super inflated season.
Blitz is basically free rating this season.
Quite interesting win ratios and I wonder what stories they tell.
The shaman one is particularly interesting considering you have Elemental at roughly 2.5k yet Enhancement at only 1.5k despite having about the same amount of games played as both specs, and if winning games is not due to luck but purely due to skill and individual game play (as Leeches keeps claiming) then I do wonder what that would say in this context…
…are you terrible at Enhancement? Or does your knowledge on how to play Battlegrounds and how to win them somehow evaporate into thin air when you change your specialization to Enhancement?
Or… perhaps it does simply prove my point that luck of the draw regarding what party members you get is the biggest factor, one which people like Leeches keep denying, because the better team members you have the longer your win streaks will be, and the easier and faster you’ll gain rating (and thus the less games you’ll have to play).
Your shaman’s win loss ratios show you’re having more win-streaks on Elemental than you have gotten on Enhance, and since your knowledge on how to play bgs does in fact NOT disappear when you change spec, it also shows that your performance on Enhancement is likely due to bad luck with team mates and not because “you’re just bad lol”.
We actually have roughly the same % win loss, you on Enhance and me on Fury. Since you’ve already proven that you can hit 2.5k and aren’t a bad player, and I personally know I’m not a bad player either, it’s safe to say that our experience with you on enhance and me on fury have been roughly the same; due to poor team members.
Queue with a friend, best thing I ever did. I was hard stuck between 1770-1820. Queued with a friend and started winning many, increasing the rating from +9 to 23+ per win. Now nearly 2.1k because of it. It’s a game changer. I don’t queue on my own anymore, because it was hell.
I am. There are just certain classes/specs you play and feel confident. You somehow have a muscle memory of what to press and what will be your next move. Regardless how much I tried to learn it as Enhancemnt, I could not. I cannot learn how to play it. It is rocket science for me.
So yeah, as Brother said, a luck will not take you far.
Elemental is my comfort and safe space class. And I am sorry to say this, but if you see constant loses and failures, perhaps it is time to switch and find your spec/class.
Agree to disagree then. There’s simply too many people saying that luck of the draw is too prominent regarding team members.
Fair enough though. It’s fine to disagree.
I’ve got no problems playing my specialization/class though. Top damage almost every bg. Always playing objectives (successfully), most base caps, most flag returns, etc.
