Hi, I am back after a good while. I do not seem to find the dreadscar rift portal in Dalaran’s underbelly.
Has it been moved? I have to finish a quest there.
No, none of the Class Halls have moved.

It’s not in the center of Underbelly, it’s only there for initial quests. Later it’s moved to the side entrance of Underbelly. Go to the Violet Citadel, near the stairs there is one sewer entrance open. Go there and you will find a portal.
