Shadow priest is getting declined if you pug, it is big difference if you have team to play with. Sometimes I play with some I know, unfortunately not always. So I asked those people why I got declined and I got some answers! Are you going to solve issue, devs?

I mean I know why I auto decline spriest, I can’t speak for others, and adding no/little value is usually it.
I either have a disc priest as my healer on my tank group or I am the disc myself. I don’t need another priest toolkit and there’s way better AoE DPS specs out there. Ya ain’t kings of burst/ST either. 
And when I don’t have disc priest cover up the spot? I’d much rather have a DPS druid over Shadows. 
Every utility a SP brings a Disc will do better and bring immensely more value. There is literally no arguing points for a SP whatsoever as long as Disc are around… unless they can AoE burst in the 30-50m bracket and beat out the top dog DPSers, which they can’t this season.
It sucks but maybe don’t count on a DPS spot when the same class has one of the best healer spec in game, with identical utility kit. The ONE thing Shadow bring over Disc is interrupt, but so does everyone else so that’s not even a strong comeback.
Not to mention that a VW Disc can, and should, easily do 1 - 1.5M damage overall in a M+ key. Disc really are the biggest enemy of Shadow Priests, not other classes.
I’m not saying Shadow Priests should be denied M+ all together, that’d be mental. I’m just saying run your own key. PUG landscape isn’t friendly to a Shadow trying to sign up for keys, and it hasn’t been for a while - expect the few season they were META; in which Disc sucked (shocker, I know!).
Holy is in the same boat, friend.

“other better options” There are better to bring other classes than shadow so what does it mean? Shadow becomes useless class and remember it is not me who say so coz I asked people. They dont invite shadow priest!

I have to bump this to remind you, dev team! I asked guy one of guilds and he is doing +17-18. He never invites shadow priest coz there are better options than what Shadow can offer. No matter if you have PI, mass dispel or someting like that. It is time to act it now!
