You used to be able to complete the 1000 Honor quest from Wintergrasp, go to any of the old zones and “hand it in” to get the PvP-meta achievements that way (the ones where you need to earn 1000 honor in that zone)
Now you need to be inside Wintergrasp to hand in the quest…
