I’ve been trying to change my region on my account for about the 5th time. I don’t know how and I don’t know when or why it was changed to the wrong one by itself! I want to authorize my account now but I can’t because I have the wrong country set, trying to change it via the website doesn’t bring any results, how can I change this region to the correct one?
you have to open a ticket and provide the correct documents then blizzard can change the country.

Thanks for your reply! But and do you know what address I should send the document to? Once I saw this option but I couldn’t find the email to which I should send the document
open a ticket under your account and attach the documents there.

Keep in mind, that if you are trying to change your region away from a country currently under sanctions (for example: Russia), they are extra vigilant, and require extra proof that you are not resident in that country any more.

This is happening to me. I am talking to the support staff on a ticket, but they keep telling me that they can’t without saying explicitly why they can’t, even though I sent them a utility bill
