My friend gifted me 30 days Game time but i just recived email that he gifted it " You are receiving this e-mail because (my friend’s name) has purchased World of Warcraft® Game Time - 30 Days for you as a gift!", but on “Gifts” i can’t see it. Tryed to reedem the code and its says " Sorry, you’re not eligible to add World of Warcraft Game Time - 30 Days to your account." its been 3 days and still can’t claim it. Please help
Might wanna check if the gifted time is from the right region. I know that cards from some countries can’t be redeemed in others for example.

I dont know for sure.
But a few years ago we got “7 days free game-time” every 90 days.
I remember I couldnt claim this 7 days free time while I had active sub. When my sub expired then I had the gift.
Check the last day of your valid game time it might have been extended without any necessary action from you.
today i bought 1 month subscription because i thought i need to have game time paid with my own money and then the 14 days i had are gone and now its says “Next Billing Date
24 Apr 2020”, i mean not even 13 may…
(the 14 days are from “Recruit a friend” and the remaining amount was 14 days from 30 days)
Just ask your friend what currency he paid with, Dollars or Euros.
99% sure that the currency was Euros
They can check in their history. I thought there was a link in the email to follow.
