hello, since this morning I’m having a really frustrating problem… I can’t connect to the game, as soon as I enter and finish the authentication I get an error “wow51900123” I tried several things before writing here, but the strangest thing is that if I connect to the support page the support page has an error message and I cannot view my tickets or open new ones
“Something went wrong on our end
An error has occurred. This may be a temporary error, so please try again later.” what’s going on? how can i solve the problem? honestly this is very strange

I have a similar problem - I can log onto battlenet but when I launch wow it doesn’t display my characters and gives me an error message - also when I go to the accounts page - the game subscriptions page wont load and gives me an error message

i just did a test and downloaded the game from a different computer and the game started without problems, then i tried to start the game again from my main pc and the game started 
. Honestly this was freaking me out 
Are you still experiencing the issue?
After a couple of hours the game launches fine and I’m able to go to the support page, so it seems the problem has gone away. 
I honestly worried a lot because it looked like a sort of hacker attack on the servers and I had never encountered this type of error.
I’m glad everything is ok
