If you can’t tank as a feral, you are doing something wrong. And if you don’t like it, try out healing or something? Or just roll a hunter, if you prefer to.

How? is class change possible? can i become hunter?

No, but you can make an alt. You can even boost it to 58, if you haven’t used a boost on your account yet and are willing to pay.

i know this i used boost for feral, i dont want pay anymore for this game.I think, I will back to retail.TBC is not fair.Anyway thank you for advice.By the way i can tank with bear form but i have only 1 mob taunt skill it is not enough for dungeons and i am druid i wearing leather and hunter wearing mail.Hunter dps 3x much than feral druid.

Feral tanks have the best threat generation in the game between the three tank classes (in single target, Pala best for big pullls). I don’t really understand what is the problem. Maybe go and check some guides, chances are you are doing your rotation, talents or something else wrong if you feel like you cannot tank anything?

Feral DPS is bad, that is a fact though. But as a tank you should be very well able to play the game.

Yeah single target is good but multiple targets i losing aggro directly playing as a tank.

Feral druid is not useless, it has just very high skill requirements and it is not for everyone.

You have single target taunt and mass taunt.

… in the middle of my response, I started to feel that this is a bit troll post, but if it really is your attitude towards druid, believe me or not, you will not have fun playing TBC classing on any of your characters.

Where is mass taunt skill? if you say 10 min cooldown skill yes i have.

Well, when I tank as a feral druid, I usually tell my group to ******* wait 5-8 sec after ( bigger ) pull to dps. Then I place skull - > cross kill order with moon for control. I tend heal myself before I change to bear and pull. Few lacerates and mangle for main target and one lacerate for every other. Rest fill up with swipe.

I hope this help a bit. But what I saw … dps are very eager to start their job, so it often turns into shet fest

Edit : ofc use f. fire and other stuff, this is just the main thing. The heal before helps a lot

mate for what i can see you started playing wow now, take your time to learn etc, feral can be very good in higher ilvls…

also we are at the end on the season, everyone has very good gear and makes the game look impossible for new players.

just wait till patch 9.1 starts and everyone will be at the same level of gear (more or less 226 with the new honor gear) and game will be more balanced for you than now ^^

Becoming a Hunter might be too hard. However, if you find a nice Hunter player, you can roleplay as his pet ?

Feral on tbc can only tank, he is stronger on wotlk but on TBC he is very weak, on s3/s4 is little playeble but no soo mutch

Welcome to TBC, the land of overpowered specs and dead specs. Dev team back then didn’t have a clue about balance at all and we are playing the recreation of TBC so … don’t expect to be much succesful if you don’t play top dogs.

For me its actually funny to see how unbalanced things were back then. And now people on Retail are bothered when their spec is doing 10% less dmg than other spec and call it extremely unbalanced  TBC made me realise how balanced classes on Retail are.

But it is what it is, I personally don’t look for balance in TBC. You should accept this unbalance too

Feral is the endgame tank, if you want a melee that is good in PvP play a warrior (with respeccing). Feral only becomes a monster tank when warriors get threat capped with T5 set bonus and crushing blows get removed in T6

Yeah, thats kinda true.

But do not forget that while in TBC there are classes with lower dps, but they will buff rest of the group. Feral brings something special. So you want bring him for hunter group. On the other hand, on retail, you dont care about utility, you take top dogs of current meta.

Well, it takes a lot of effort to tank as a feral and it may be frustrating but it certainly works. If you can’t handle 3+ mobs just make sure you bring a mage with blizzard slow or simply cc the extra mobs. As a feral you basically have to tab target constantly to mangle, lacerate and maul all mobs, you can’t just rely on focusing a target and swiping. Put some effort into it, read a guide or whatever.

As for pvp, it’s playable if you know what you’re doing but I’m guessing you shouldn’t venture into that judging by your post. Just respec resto for pvp or level an alt.

Now in TBC, a gap in performance between a warrior or rogue and a feral dps is less than 10%. You can’t compare yourself to hunters or warlocks. Plus feral has party buff 5% mele/ranged crit, amor reduction, combat ress, innervate and he can easily switch to bear tanking.
As a tank, it should be really easy to make a group. Just don’t forget to use Swipe a lot at AoE and tell your dps to wait.

True I had few feral whisper me on my lfg when I was lf dps as tank I run daily . And to be honest are dam useless class bro nothing against you, is just true fact they bring low dps no cc or other toolkits. Now in the other hand I would take a rest druid or a boomkin but very rare even as healer I would prefer shammy or prist . Yeah is sad you can’t play the class you love but this is the tbc. Try reroll healer, tank or boomie. My advice cheers!

I agree after I play both classic and classic tbc, i had the same conclusion. The class are ballance very well.
