I cant have Legion campaign, class hall, artifact quests in my Demon Hunter

I cant have Legion campaign, class hall, artifact quests in my Demon Hunter, I have completed in a blink of an eye quest, tried every possible method but there is no quests on map and the NPC that should spawn and follow me with a quest is not there, I have tried and opened two tickets, which did not help, I also reported it as a bug a week or two ago, yet nothing seems to be happening,

If any one could help please.

Yes my DH is 70 already, I have completed the quests a GM told me about, yet I still don’t have access to the content, waiting for their reply rn.
