Update:
As I was writing this message, I left it on the loading screen, I was booted off the game and then reconnected back, and am now stuck on 80% loading screen on said character.
I’m at my wits end here, really. First response after I put in a ticket, was the AI generic generated support, where you could clearly see they have not read the message or even looked at screenshots.
Second time I send the message with even more details, I finally got a GM to respond and reset a character, but it wasn’t the correct one as they clearly misread the name or misspelled where they were looking for a char to reset.
Third one, they said they have done something, and apologized for reseting the wrong character. That made me unable to even log onto a char, as it made it temporary unavailable. I have waited for more than an hour to maybe give them time to “fix it”.
Still the same
The fourth response from them (every time a different GM mind you), said that they have reseted my char again and to wait at least 30 minutes and to fully log out. I have done that, even waited for more than an hour at this point. When to log back in, same issue as from the start. I can’t log in at all, again stuck to loading 100%.
I can’t open another ticket, there isn’t any live chat service or phone number available any more to get in touch with CS.
