Hey,
I have a problem with collecting the usable items for Tmog.
Today I got a shield from Wrath raid (I am elemental Shammy), it says not collected but even if I equip it, it’s still “not collected”. Same thing happening with other mail armor that I bought from vendor.
Can someone explain to me what’s the problem?

Vendor items have a 2 hour window for return before they are “learnt” once that has passed you will be fine.
Was the shield a drop btw? if so ive have no idea

Specifically Icecrown Glacial Wall (Shield).
For items I equip them(vendor items) and still says Not Collected.
I am using ATT (All the things) and Better Wardrobe addons for collections. wardrobe show me in the corner that ai obtained the item but ATT doesn’t. If I turn off Wardrobe, ATT still says not collected.
After I checked the Collection I see it there, but still telling it’s not collected.
All my addons are up to date.
Even if equipped you will still have a 2 hour window , you will need to mog them or put them in void storage as a work around.
As for the shield thats a strange one so can not help with that sorry.
I sold a lot of “Not Collected” items that I bought last night and this morning as well (after I equiped them all). Will have to go to the same vendors to buy them again.
Should I wait everytime that 2 hours window?
No you can beat it by either mogging the item or placing in void storage it removes the 2 hour timer.

Is ATT good addon or should I use something else?

You can do yes but ATT should be enough.
Have they changed this? When eqiupting items just bought or dropped from vendors/bosses a window usualy pops up asking if you are sure because once equipt it can no longer be resold for the resources spent or traded. Once you click yes and equipt the item it should be learned as a mog and can be sold instantly. No need to wait for 2h.
Its what i did with pvp items when bought with honor once im capped, bought like 17 1-h maces, equipt them all then sold them for gold instead of getting the honor back. Same when getting the mogs of those honor items.
Ive never needed to mog the item to learn to mog it, only equipt it.
I got the same window poping and after equiping window didn’t pop again. Also all items are soulbound, but since I bought too many items at once and sold them, TBH I dont know did I collect them all 
Then might it have been you confused yourself with what you had equipted and sold the item b4 you put it on? I know ive mistakingly sold the item i actually used instead of the mog item when having to many of them at once. Once it even was my weapon and didnt notice until i logged in the day after…
I double checked and equiped all before I sold, some was “not collected” by ATT addon, but when I checked (like this shield) I had it in my collection.
Ah so its an addon problem, it didnt register that you got them but the game itself has?
It is jus an addon in problem 
ATT doesn’t recognize that I am getting items, but the game and other addon does.
If he bought it from a vendor, its appearance is collected if the item is deleted, so no need to wait 2 hours.
Of course, there’s no cashback from selling it that way 
If you equip the bought item the 2 hour timer will go away and the item can be sold for the gold value it has, not the gold value you bought it for. Seems like your addons need an update.
