I’ve done all of the steps pointed out here: https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/18575 and none of the conditions apply to me (as in, I have an active subscription and I am accessing the correct region).

EDIT: Just checked another similar thread and log-out/log-in seems to have fixed the issue, sorry!
