Hi, I made a ticket a few days ago and have had the problem sorted out, but I can’t get to the ticket to mark it as resolved and close it. In-game, it’s telling me I have a new response but when I click on it, it brings me to making a new ticket. I only saw the response through my e-mail. The link provided in the e-mail brings me to an empty ticket page too.
How can I fix this? I don’t was to see the notification for it for two weeks until it auto closes.
Right here on these forums if you look up at the top right (assuming you’re on a web browser) there’s a link, ‘Support’. https://support.blizzard.com/
On the right it’ll show you recent tickets & purchases.
Up top along the breadcrumb section, right hand side, hopefully it says something like ‘1 open ticket’. Takes you here: https://eu.battle.net/support/en/case/
If none of the steps in this article work, the only option would be to ticket again, but as you no longer need the response that wouldn’t seem to be necessary.
Im having same issue, i had opened active ticket, replysing to GM and now it seems that support site is having some issues, because i cant find any of my tickets there to reply
same man, think they just delete it if they find it irrelevant. I’m a fairly new player to wow and the only problem i have with the game is the feeling of not being listened to.
