(I had this problem before MoP prepatch so its not a new bug)
When i go to my apperance page I dont have an option to see “Sets”. I can only see pieces. When i go to the transmogifier guy I can only see the Sets i have collected (and nothing else is visible) I also dont have “show uncollected” as filter at transmog guy
Tried every filter, turned off every addon etc… i would really like to have the sets tab like it is in retail, my guildie showed me that he had it working just fine (in cata/mop classic)
Im well confused about how to solve this
I have this too. No idea how it was caused but I had this view at one point in the past month. I can’t pinpoint when it disappeared, but can confirm turning off/on add-on’s doesn’t restore this. All filters were reset also. (MoP classic)

Edit: This hasn’t fixed it. The page came back for a single login. Re-doing the below didn’t fix it this time.
If you still have this issue, try deleting your cache and GPUcache folder, then scan and repair game. This seems to have brought back this view for me.
Ok, I played around a bunch and can confirm this is just Blizzard being incompetent.
Fresh game install, no addons loaded or even in interface/WTF folder.
Load into game for the first time and I can see the sets tab in apperances. Can browse it fine.
After a single /reload, the set tab goes and something in the game corrupts, where scanning and repairing will trigger a 50Mb~ update every time.
I’m pretty sure how this is triggered. When you uncheck both collected and uncollected in the Tier set tab it diasppeared for me since prepatch on all of my Characters. I let a friend test it too and its gone for him too since then.
Anyone here should Write a Bug Report. Thats also what GMs told be because they were not aware of this issue.
And no way to fix this i tried another Pc and here someone tried a fresh install so.

I had the same problem for about a month now and randomly found a solution that worked for me. I completed a Set. When you complete a set it says so in your chat box, so I clicked the set and the tab just reappeared
