I dont have the show/hide button on the raid frames. In edit mode, i cant see the raid frames too. Any advice to reactivate it? im used grid2, but now i would like to use the default frames.

Me too, but not for all the characters.
For me worked deactivating healing addon, in my case Healbot. I think it is due to the new casting options. I tried everithing and raid frames appears magically only deactivating this addon.
