My character is lvl 70 and I used SL to level during dragonflight. I want to start doing covenant stuff on him, but I can’t find the option to skip the lvling campaign. My campaign is still at Bastion. I have to complete everything on him again just to start progressing covenants? Is there something I can do?
Threads of Fate was the name of the skip for the campaign.
The official answer from Blizzard is that it’s gone

The Threads of Fate Campaign skip in Shadowlands is no longer available for leveling or max-level characters.
Any characters who have already chosen Threads of Fate prior to Dragonflight will be able to finish it. However, characters who never initiated Threads of Fate will be restricted only to the zone-by-zone Covenant campaign for Shadowlands.
If you already chose Threads of Fate, do not choose Chromie Time’s Shadowlands - Realms of Death. If you do switch to Realms of Death while Threads of Fate is active, you will retain most of the features of Threads of Fate, but you will lose access to World Quests until level 60.
However, I had a character in Pandaria Remix, and when she came out at level 70, I brought her around the various expansion starts to open them up for her, get a Garrison and a Legion Hearthstone, and all that.
And she got a Covenant. I just double-checked, and yes, she’s a Night Fae. I know I didn’t do the Shadowlands campaign again. I don’t remember whether I got a Threads of Fate or a quest in the main room to talk to the Covenants and choose one. I was just clicking through the starts pretty much unconscious, on autopilot.
Threads of fate was the alternative to SL leveling during SL expansion. It was removed in DF. But the skip for the campaign should be still functional. Threads of fate allowed you to lvl 50-60 with wqs and sidequests while picking a covenant at level 50.
