For sure, still mad about all the retroactive censorship they’ve been doing since SL too.
I don’t do getting used to stuff that annoys me, it’s what allows companies to continue pushing the envelope and get stuff normalized one step at a time.
They know that most people stop caring about pretty much anything after a month or two, so things keep getting progressively worse.

I would not call Woke the safe card.
Its turning plenty of people (myself included, who would be called “LGBT” etc, as well as “woke” on some opinions) away.
Its not interesting with single celled things that are purely there for an IRL-forced agenda.
I love character development, I love seeing reason, I love seeing the nuances and the sparkling differences of every spectrum;
I just hate vomit.
And vomit is what happens when people force things.

Depends on the game, as some games pretty much rely on social/political satire and commentary as part of the narrative.
Yeah, well - Odyn has been worthless for millenia, considering his ‘‘mighty’’ Valarjar was locked up in Halls of Valor with Odyn and couldnt leave. I’d rather have the dragons if the other option is Odyn…
Incorrect. Having a completely seperate universe removed from real world politics is possible. Such as Elder Scrolls or Tetris or The Witcher.
Escapism is part of the appeal. Keep politics outside of gaming. It only kills the game and turns it into yet another political battleground.
