I can't submit a ticket about AH mail issue

I have sold an auction about an hour ago. I have not received any mail and I can’t see the auction in AH anymore.
I have decided to open a ticket, just to be sure that I won’t loose the gold.
I can’t submit a ticket, because dropdown list with realms is not working either.
I have tried different topic subject, but everything only redirects me to some other form instead of direct communication, so I have chosen this way.
I can’t even post a screenshot here or link to screenshot…
This is ridiculous… from a subscribtion based game I would at least expect some decent customer support.
