Hello there , i have been sending tickets since start of S2 for the issue that i have. No matter what content i play M+ / random hc dungeon / random normal dungeon / raid, i cant trade any item that i get. I receive the item and item has no tooltip that its tradable , but instead is just soulbound and when i open trade window with another person trade cannot be done ( item soulbound ). I tested it in all possible content with various item lvl`s. it doesnnt give me the blue writing below the item when it drops. i have re installed the game and use no addons. i cant trade any item even though it is lower item level from my drops or even old expansion items from old raids. my friends can trade me but icant give them anything, this is tilting me and customer service cant help
