I chose Kayn but now Atruis is in my class hall

Hey guys, do you know if there is any way to change the choice we made between Altruis and Kayn?
I had picked Kayn 100% but after a character transfer, for some reason, I have Altruis and the normal Akama in my class order hall. it makes no sense.
I had Kayn and the Shadow of Akama before.

I transfered from a russian server to a german one. maybe that has messe up something?

This really bugs me because i chose Kayn on purpose. Now this choice was taken away due to what seems to be a pretty annoying bug.

I contacted the support 3 days ago but they only provide automated answers. no actual response until now.

That is really weird yeah.
I once boosted a nelf dh and the default choice was Altruis apparently, so maybe it defaults to him on everyone if some form of automization takes place? Shouldn’t happen through a transfer though.
