Hi, i’m ashamed to admit that i chose the wrong trinket from the UBRS quest, (2% melee crit instead of 2x Spell crit)
In my defense, i will say is that i was encased in an iceblock being attacked by 15+ horde at the time of this hasty decision, and based on the poor description of the trinket which doesnt state that it only affect melee hits
Please please Is there any way i can get this corrected in-game

Throm-Ka Brbbio, I can assure you we from the Horde Welcoming Tent-Party just wanted to add some taste to our bland-soup pot.
But to your main issue: Support does not swap quest item rewards, in Classic they didn’t do this either. I checked up on a similar case at reddit from a month back and the same policy still applies.
You could wait for an official answer but chances are that you’ll have to live with your hasty and unfortunate decision.
Just wanted to drop by and confirm what Saneko mentions about the issue itself (not so much about the soup! ^^). Quest rewards are not possible to swap once chosen and this goes for both World of Warcraft Classic and World of Warcraft Battle for Azeroth.
