I completed Pandaria quests , but i don’t have portal to Pandaria in Orgrimmar

You may be looking at an outdated Guide.

Blizzard moved the portal to Pandaria, and you don’t have to do the opening quests to see it any more, if you are at or above Pandaria level.

You should find the portal in the Portal Room in Orgrimmar, beside the portal to Dazar’alor, labelled “Portal to Jade Forest”
