It’s a powerful but complicated addon. Don’t worry about it if you feel you’re more productive without it.
There are a number of top healers that use it, but also many that don’t. It isn’t necessary.
It’s very advanced and I think it’s unnecessary, because the default version of the game has almost all functionalities anyway now.
