I have decided to return back to WoW as TBC is the best expansion for me. I created a new level 58 druid (?) with the free boost.
Idiot me did a terrible mistake with character creation. It was a night elf warrior and not a druid…
I can’t buy another boost since it is not offered. I don’t want to start TBC as a warrior. So I kindly ask for one-time character delete and refund of the boost token.
Total game time with that druid is zero.
Ticket ID: EU77889269
Kind regards
They cannot do this as the boost says, it is non refundable and they will not help if you choose incorrectly.
It was a pure mistake. I just need a solution and I am ready to pay. Since it does not affect anyone else and it is a fresh/non-logged character, I need some help.
Sorry but there is no solution even if it is a mistake. I’m just preparing you for what Blizzard will say.
Others have asked and Blizzard have given the reply I did.
Hi Maleficum,
Unfortunately we cannot bypass the ticket queues on the forums.
Generally though, once the boost is used, it cannot be undone. Depending when you purchased your Dark Portal Pass, it may be possible to offer a refund of the Dark Portal pass in its’ entirety so you can repurchase instead though.
Leave your ticket open and a Game Master will answer it as soon as possible, but do prepare yourself for the possibility that your boosted character will remain.
I can buy another boost and delete the wrong char.
I just want something to recover. The situation is kinda harsh for such a mistake.
GMs are the kings
Problem solved, thanks.
